Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging Awesome Logos for creative services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of a company, organization or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Design & Creative Services

Awesome Logos provides creative and graphic design services that may include logo design, brand identity, 2D and 3D logo concepts, flyer design, business cards, marketing materials, promotional graphics and other related creative services.

The exact deliverables for each project are determined by the package, proposal, invoice, written communication or project description accepted by the client.

Services or deliverables not specifically included in the agreed project scope may require an additional fee.

Quotes, Packages & Project Scope

Prices displayed on the website may apply to specific packages or standard services. Projects requiring additional concepts, extensive illustration, unusual complexity, additional deliverables or services outside the original scope may be quoted separately.

A project begins according to the terms communicated at the time of purchase or project acceptance.

Changes that materially alter the original project direction or require substantially new work may be treated as additional work and priced accordingly.

Payments

Payment requirements are communicated before or during the start of a project. Depending on the service, payment may be required in full or in agreed stages.

Work may be paused if a required payment becomes past due. Final files may be withheld until all amounts due for the project have been paid.

The client is responsible for reviewing invoices and notifying Awesome Logos promptly if there is a billing question or discrepancy.

Revisions

Revision rounds may be included with a design package. Included revisions are intended to refine the selected design direction rather than create an unlimited number of completely new concepts.

A request that changes the original concept, project direction, business name, major artwork, deliverables or project requirements may be considered additional work.

Clients are encouraged to consolidate revision feedback whenever possible to help keep the project efficient.

Client-Supplied Content & Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and lawful information, spelling, names, phone numbers, addresses, photographs, logos, trademarks and other materials supplied for use in a project.

By supplying content to Awesome Logos, you represent that you own the material or have permission to use it.

Awesome Logos is not responsible for claims resulting from content supplied by a client without proper authorization.

The client is responsible for carefully reviewing proofs and approving spelling, contact information, dates, pricing and other factual content before final production or publication.

Copyright, Ownership & Final Files

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership rights granted to the client apply to the final approved design after full payment has been received.

Preliminary concepts, unused drafts, alternative concepts, working files, development materials, design methods and other materials not included in the final deliverables remain the property of Awesome Logos unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fonts, stock images, licensed graphics, software, templates or other third-party materials may remain subject to the license terms of their respective owners.

The exact file formats supplied depend on the project or package purchased.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless confidentiality has been specifically agreed to in writing, Awesome Logos may display completed creative work in its portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, presentations and other promotional materials as an example of design work.

This portfolio right does not transfer ownership of the client's business, trademarks or confidential business information to Awesome Logos.

Third-Party Materials & Services

Some projects may incorporate stock photography, fonts, licensed assets, printing, hosting, software, payment processors, social media platforms or other third-party products and services.

Third-party products and services are governed by the terms and policies of their respective providers. Awesome Logos cannot control the continued availability, functionality, pricing or policies of third-party services.

Turnaround Times & Client Delays

Any turnaround estimate is based on the project scope, workload and timely cooperation from the client.

Project schedules may be affected if feedback, approvals, payments, images, content or other required materials are delayed.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, estimated completion dates are not guaranteed deadlines.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because custom design services involve time, creative work and project-specific development, payments for work already performed are generally non-refundable.

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, Awesome Logos may retain payment covering completed work, administrative time, purchased materials, licenses or other project-related costs.

Any refund, credit or cancellation arrangement offered by Awesome Logos will be determined based on the individual project circumstances and any written agreement governing that project.

Website Use

Content on awesomelogos.net, including text, graphics, layouts, images, examples and website design elements, may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without permission except where such use is permitted by law.

You may not use the website in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts unauthorized access, introduces malicious code or violates applicable law.

No Guarantee of Business Results

Awesome Logos works to provide professional creative services; however, design is only one part of a business's marketing and performance.

We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, leads, rankings, customer response, business growth or other commercial results from the use of any design.

Creative preferences are subjective, and the client's approval of a final design confirms acceptance of that design.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Awesome Logos will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or the use of creative services or deliverables.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost business opportunities, loss of data, printing costs resulting from client-approved errors or losses relating to third-party products or services.

To the extent liability cannot legally be excluded, any liability will be limited as permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from materials you supply to Awesome Logos, your unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

Awesome Logos may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology or legal requirements.

The revised Terms become effective when posted to this page unless a different effective date is stated. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
